A beautiful example, 84k (genuine according to the title) miles, rust (and filler) free restored body, new primrose paint, very nice tan interior, new top, excellent drive train.....2 liter DOHC engine with Weber carb, 5 speed transmission, disc brakes, luggage rack, new stereo/CD with USB input, an excellent driving, really sweet little classic sports car. Run perfectly,, everything works properly, and a lot cheaper than a Ferrari.

We did a lot of prep work: new timing belt, went through the brakes (all new calipers, flex lines, rotors, etc.), added a back up solid state fuel pump, a high output back up electric radiator fan, modern stereo/CD, boot cover, new thermostat and housing, a brand new (and bigger) Weber carb and air cleaner, battery cut off switch, a lot of work...........and the result is a reliable, excellent running and driving classic sports car.

We did all of this prep work as, a few years ago, I chose to keep this car in my collection. Always started instantly, ran perfectly, loved the utter simplicity (roll up windows, solid back axle, top that goes up and down in an instant), and appreciated the spacious back seat (room for packages and small kids, `tight` for adults), luggage rack, and roomy trunk. For country roads, back and forth to work, and just `happy` driving, found it be just about perfect.

Alas, looked in my barn one day and found having an Alfa and the Fiat in the same barn was probably one too many. Sold it, last owner put a thousand miles on it, and just back into our inventory. Needs nothing for low key shows or everyday use. And the big Weber makes a huge improvement in performance.

(also a new wood steering wheel has been added as seen in at least one the photos. And I also painted the grille chrome which I thought looked a lot better than the original black)

We prefer English cars but this lovely little sports car offers a lot of wonderful design features at a very reasonable price.
