A thoroughly rebuilt and restored example, 73,000 genuine miles (title reads 'actual mileage')'. Excellent body, chassis, and floors, very nice bright red paint, all new interior (black with red piping), new convertible top, EVEN the ORIGINAL clock works!!!!!

We were told that recently the engine was rebuilt, transmission WITH OVERDRIVE just rebuilt by a local specialist (who we know well), in our tests, compression was 145-150 psi, 50 psi oil pressure (manual reads 40-50 psi is normal) when fully warmed, no smoke at all, excellent synchromesh, overdrive kicks in and out instantly. Clutch does not slip or chatter, didn't 'beat' the synchronizers when shifting, easy to get into reverse, the gearbox feels like new.

New top, all new interior, new Minilite style alloy wheels, new radials, brakes redone, quiet exhaust, all gauges and switches work, spotless trunk with original jack and lug wrench, wipers work, same with horn, all lights, even the handbrake is properly adjusted And tried to find a serious flaw and simply couldn't.

In my opinion, IF there is a better one anywhere in the world, I cant be THAT much better. I am not in any way suggesting one consider this car to be a Pebble Beach concours entry BUT for the kind of local show behind the local armory or in front of the local library, this car is in absolute show condition.
