A beautiful example.....54,000 original miles, excellent body and bright red paint (looks new), excellent floors and chassis (no sign of rust, patching, or damage), runs very well, 80+psi oil pressure, carbs look like they were recently rebuilt, new aluminum radiator, excellent wiring, excellent (new?) wood dash, seats are very good (but we might dye the red parts in matching black), new top, very good chrome, show quality engine bay detailing, last owner told us the car was `perfect` and, with a display of candor, will choose not to repeat his representation. BUT it looks great, runs well, drives nicely, and for a 51 year old sports car (and using more than a touch of poetic license), suggest `close to perfect?`

(last owner told us he has owned if for 20 years, engine was rebuilt and brakes redone just before his purchase, has covered very few miles during the period of his ownership, was a show car when purchased and now...?)
