A nice, clean example, excellent floors and body, very good red paint, mostly new tan interior, (no rips or wear), excellent drive train (our tests: 135-140 psi compression and 65 psi oil pressure, no smoke cold or hot), Weber 32/36 DGV carb, chrome tubular headers, 14" wire wheels, oil cooler, electric radiator fan, digital stereo/CD, luggage rack, new disc calipers, new stainless steel exhaust, solid battery boxes, well serviced and ready for the upcoming season.
As a 1971, is a far superior car to the earlier MGBs...alternator (new) and negative ground electicals, dual circuit braking system, stronger all synchromesh transmission and back axle, collapsible steering column, safety door locks, more reliable and safer.
Hard to beat a nice MGB in red with tan interior, wire wheels, and lots of options.
