Have had a lot of these cars, almost all 1979 or newer. So, coming across this car was something special. A near 50 old Fiat with no rust underneath. If it possible? Look at the photos and judge yourself, excellent floor pans, inner rockers, to me, this was like being the first one to open King Tut`s tomb. Breathtaking!!!!!!

And the rest? Original paint is very nice with a few spots where touch up has been applied, interior very nice with what appears to be new carpets. Brand new tan convertible top, new tan tonneau, nice black boot cover. Dash and interior panels are very nice.

An original set of alloy wheels add to the `rally look.` AND BEST OF ALL, new twin Webers which certainly improves performance. And remember, these cars are quite sophisticated compared with the MG, Triumph, Spridget competitors....twin cam engine with alloy head, (in this car`s case) twin Webers, five speed transmission, power assist four wheel disc brakes, a top that goes up and latches in seconds, and a well located back axle with a Panhard rod. Neat stuff on an older classic.

Engine bay and trunk are spotless, wiring looks to be in good condition, no radio but we can certainly add one and (at least for a big dog, two small kids, or a lot of shopping), a real back seat. And with the decent sized trunk and luggage rack, yes, one can take a trip and bring one`s luggage.

All in all, a very nice early chrome bumper FIat 124 Spider. Here and ready for sale.
